ABOUT RYAN
Ryan Casey began his sales career in the late 90s during his senior year of high school. Despite being a shy kid, he quickly excelled, finishing in the top 10 nationally in his first year at the age of 18.
While attending the University of Washington, Ryan managed a summer sales office for Vector Marketing/Cutco Cutlery, achieving the #3 office and then the #1 office in the nation over two summers, generating more than $1,000,000 in sales.
After earning his degree in Business Management, Ryan worked full-time as a District Manager and then Division Manager for Vector. From 2007 to 2020, he consistently achieved seven-figure sales years. In 2016, he opened his first Orangetheory Fitness franchise, successfully launching with over 700 members and ranking in the top 10 for Orangetheory. By 2018, Ryan had opened his second studio, and both consistently ranked in the top 10% for performance among over 1,000 Orangetheory locations.Â
In 2020, after 22 years and $40 million in sales, Ryan left Vector. Following the onset of COVID-19, Ryan helped 100's of franchise staff, managers and owners improve their sales and retention, often seeing closing rates double at locations.
Despite Washington state closures of gyms on and off through late 2021, membership remained strong, and nearly all staff were retained throughout the closures because of a focus on long term retention over immediate profit.Â
In late 2023, his Bothell Orangetheory Fitness studio was named the #1 performing studio in the company out of more than 1,500 locations.

Ryan lives just north of Seattle with his significant other KC and their three kids. He enjoys spending time with his family, participating in the Front Row Dads organization, scuba and freediving, and traveling. In his free time, Ryan is also a voracious reader - if you are interested in seeing what books pique the interest of a 7 figure earner, click here for Ryan’s reading list.
